14 TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING - BY ADEWUYI TOSIN


Health is wealth, our well being is very important and it sparks livelihood.
Therefore,we should be conversant with a way of living ill-free so as to accomplish our earthly mission successfully.

Here is a self-made list that may enlighten us positively on ways to live healthily.
1)  Eat good  and balanced diet- every type of food we take has either a positive or negative impact on our body system, it is good when we take
2)  Drink lots of water, desist from the usual intake of sugary foods.
3)  Wear comfortable and clean clothes. NB:do not wear very tight fitting clothes that may hinder fresh air or block your sweat pores
4)  Remember to brush the teeth at least twice a day.
5)  Eat more fruits and vegetables.
6)  Breakfast is very essential.
7)  Use lotions and soaps that best suits the skin and do not bleach.
8)   Once or twice a week, visit the gym and do exercise the body to keep fit.
9)   Avoid inhaling any kind of smoke into your body system.
10)  Eat less of fried foods.
11)  wear comfortable shoes with moderate heels.
12)  Sleep appropriately and accurately.
13)  Put away electronic gadgets and phones from the skin when sleeping or not in use as this may cause a feverish temperature.
14)  Do yourself a good, think positive.
